Father and 6-year-old son found dead in Michigan after going missing

A 6-year-old boy and his father were found dead in Michigan after failing to return home as planned, authorities said. The Isabella County Sheriff's Office began searching for the boy after he was reported missing Monday in the Mt. Pleasant area.

According to the report, he was last seen with his father. The boy's mother had contacted the sheriff's office earlier in the day, expressing concern that her son had not been released into her custody as planned. M live reported.
