FOXBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The Foxboro Police Department has released details regarding the arrest of a Cranston officer at the Kenny Chesney concert this weekend.

According to the police report, police spoke to a woman who was standing in the pit during Saturday's concert.

The woman said at one point she felt a warm liquid running down her leg and into her boots.

The woman said she turned around and observed a man, identified as Officer Shane Lynch, standing behind her.

Lynch was off duty at the concert.

The woman told police she did not see her private parts, but she noticed the zipper on her shorts was down and the ground behind her was wet.

The woman told police she asked the man if he had just urinated on her, to which he replied, “Really?!”

The woman told police the boots were valued at $180, were damaged and smelled of urine.

Police said Lynch appeared to be “extremely intoxicated” and was swaying with his eyes closed when officers approached him.

The report also states that Lynch's shorts also appeared wet and that he “began to grab his penis and urinate again,” according to management staff who worked at the concert.

Lynch was arrested at the concert and charged with disturbing the peace and destruction of property.

Cranston police said Officer Lynch's status will be reviewed after receiving information from the Foxborough Police Department and the investigation will be completed, according to Col. Michael J. Winquist, chief of the Cranston Police Department.
