Graham warns US faces '9/11 attack' if country doesn't 'change course'

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) warned that the United States would suffer another 9/11-style terrorist attack if Vice President Kamala Harris continues to lead the Biden administration.

Graham attributed the growing number of wars around the world, such as the one in Ukraine, to Harris because her “fingerprints are all over it.” To resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Graham said former President Donald Trump would end the war in a way that would prevent Russia from invading Ukraine again, while ensuring that China would not invade Taiwan.

“What we need here is an American president who can bring Putin and Zelensky together to end this war to make sure we don’t have another one,” Graham said. Fox News Sunday with Shannon Bream“The whole world is watching. We need an American president who will put Iran in a box before it gets a nuclear weapon. We need an American president who will secure our border and return to a rational immigration policy. We need an American president who will stand up to radical Islam and make us strong. If we don’t change course, Iran will get a nuclear weapon, our country will be attacked on 9/11, and if we don’t keep our heads down, Putin will continue to crisscross Europe.”

Graham also warned of the threat Iran poses to Israel and the United States, saying that Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is “on the verge” of obtaining nuclear weapons. He added that he fears Khamenei, a “religious Nazi,” will “go away” before the 2024 elections.

The South Carolina senator concluded his interview by wishing “good luck” to anyone who finds out about Harris' foreign policy plans, likely a reference to the fact that Harris has only given two interviews as a presidential candidate in the past two months.

Trump said during his campaign that he would be able to end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours, and he even made that claim during his first debate with President Joe Biden in June. He also said that the billions of dollars in aid that went to Ukraine had not been very effective.

During her debate with Trump, Harris claimed that she had traveled the world as vice president and that Trump was unfit for office because world leaders “mocked” him. The former president countered Harris by citing praise he had received from Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
